New market, new rules.
But most systems make that YOUR problem alone.
Most systems make you find that out the hard way.
Building this market by market is months of work.
But only without circuly.
Get the setup needed to sell anywhere,
without the mess.
Your questions answered.
Not necessarily. One circuly instance can serve multiple countries when currency and setup are compatible — for example, across the EUR region, Tax Rules and language can be handled within a single instance. A different currency typically requires its own instance, and this is assessed case by case.
If you operate through different legal entities market to market, that generally means separate instances — one per entity.
Each new market is its own configuration on top of the same foundation, so expanding doesn't mean rebuilding what's already live.
AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, QAR, SEK, USD and ZAR.
Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish — configurable as Allowed Languages, with Preferred and Default Language settings determining what each customer actually sees.
Some of it comes built in — the Withdrawal Button, for example, handles the EU's Right of Withdrawal (Order Revocation Law) without custom development. Beyond that, circuly's setup is flexible enough to configure for what each market requires — cancellation rules, notice periods, auto-renewal requirements, and so on. circuly gives you the flexibility to meet those requirements rather than acting as your legal or tax advisor.
