backend developer

as backend developer at circuly, your main tasks include:
- develop and maintain our API's
- improve and develop new features of the circuly software

we require the following experience:
- working experience in PHP
- working experience with Lumen or other REST API frameworks
- fluent in English

frontend developer

as frontend developer at circuly, your main tasks include:
- develop and maintain Nuxt & Vue projects

we require the following experience:
- working knowledge of JavaScript, Vue & Nuxt
- proficient in HTML & CSS
- fluent in English

nice to have:
- Vuetify and/or tailwindcss knowledge
- TypeScript knowledge
- GraphQL knowledge

(junior) growth manager

as (junior) growth manager at circuly, your main tasks include:
- creation of relevant content for our target groups
- lead generation and qualification
- bring them down the pipeline from first contact to deal closing and contract signing
- lead demo sessions and contract negotiations with customers
- manage internal strategic projects as well as bigger customer projects

we require the following experience:
- ambitious with an attitude to learn fast
- e-commerce knowledge and understanding of B2B software sales
- structured and conscientious
- fluent in German and English as you will serve both, the German and international market
- good-to-have: experience with Hubspot
- always welcome: input for strategy improvements and strategic projects that lead to more growth

founder's associate

as founder trainee at circuly, your main tasks include:
- working closely together with the founders of circuly
- supporting the operations from contract management to hiring new team members
- setting up cool team building events
- leading strategic projects from ideation to execution
- a strong focus on HR and building up a remote team culture
- working on operations and improvements

we require the following:
- enthusiastic about our idea, the product and the vision of our company
- ambitious, full of your own ideas that you want to execute 
- bachelor or higher degree with first experiences in the business world (best; in startups)
- enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
- experience in the industry sectors of consumer goods, retail, eCommerce, ideally in the management of strategic projects
- able to cope with a high degree of flexibility and uncertainty
- fluent in English (and German, but not necessarily)

hiring can be an exhausting process, especially when you're the one trying to get hired. therefore, we try to make this a fast and transparent process. additionally, you will always have one contact person guiding you through the process and helping you with scheduling meetings and making introductions. Your process will look like this:

• applicant initial validation, motivations and job match in a get to know each other call I 30-45 minutes
• technical or commercial case study I max 5 days time to deliver results
• deep-dive I 45-60 minutes including the presentation of the case study
• meet the rest of the founding team I 30 minutes chat, so you know both of the founders
