One warm introduction beats a hundred cold applications.

circuly can put you in touch with financing partners who already understand
asset-heavy subscription businesses — so the conversation starts from understanding, not from scratch.
Fit

They already know the as-a-service model.

No explaining recurring revenue or asset ownership from scratch — our partners work with asset-heavy subscription businesses already.
FLEXIBILITY

Financing is shaped around your needs.

Every subscription business finances this model differently. We point you toward partners suited to how yours actually works, not a one-size structure.
SUPPORT

We open the door & stay in the loop.

The introduction isn't a handoff — we're still there once the conversation with a partner starts.

Financing partners across the markets you operate in.

No matter where you operate, or plan to, we can point you to a partner who's already there.

How companies usually fund this model.

We've seen companies adopting the following approaches.
Three

Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

A SPV is a separate legal entity (subsidiary or trust) created to hold the assets and the corresponding debt, ring-fencing them from the parent company.

Companies use SPVs to finance equipment off their main balance sheet

This helps isolate risk and makes lenders more comfortable.

Four

Gradual Self-Financing.

In gradual self-financing, the company uses its own cash reserves to fund the assets for subscriptions, at least in the early stages.

By relying on internal cash, companies can handle the initial “fish belly” dip in cash flow without immediately taking on debt or outside capital.

This approach is common for pilot projects or smaller companies testing the model.

One

Sell & lease back.

You sell your existing product fleet to a financier for upfront cash, then lease it back to keep running the subscription — freeing up capital that's currently sitting in owned hardware.

Turns assets already on your balance sheet into immediate cash.

You keep the customer relationship — the financier holds the hardware, not the business.

Two

Asset financing.

A financing partner funds the products upfront, before a single subscription payment comes in — so you're not fronting the capital yourself to build the fleet.

Products get funded before you pay for them.

Repayments line up with the revenue the subscriptions actually generate, not a fixed schedule regardless of sales.
