We've been diligently building a solution capable of seamlessly handling substantial operational data and requests. By doing so, we’re ensuring that our customers have a reliable, trusted platform that scales with their needs.

Here’s a small tit bit on how we’re gearing up to catch the big fish! 

  • New Draft Order Feature -> Enables creation of subscription orders directly from the circuly backend, unlocking a multitude of possibilities such as:

    In-store order creation - Empowers our customers to accept subscription orders directly from their physical store thus seamlessly integrating offline sales channels with our advances system. 

    Custom order quotes
    - Enables our customers to effortlessly generate and send bespoke order quotes from the backend, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.   
  • Stock Management in circuly -> Our in-house stock management feature makes our customers more and more independent of their shopsystems. The possibility to automatically assign assets with defined SKUs to customers, drastically reduces manual labor and streamlines operations.
  • API Endpoints -> We’ve broadened our API endpoints, offering unparalleled flexibility to your customers. Our customers can not only use the circuly workflows and automations to scale their operations but can also create their own automations around circuly. This showcases the potential creation of a new ecosystem around circuly thus positioning circuly as a more advanced solution. 
  • Product & Code Stability - Our development team has prioritised enhancing product and code stability, preparing circuly to handle larger clients with revenue volumes in the millions.
  • circuly Suite UI/UX Improvement - Our product updates extend beyond internal improvements to include client-facing enhancements. Our customer self-service environment now features a sleek new design, offering a clearer, faster, and more user-friendly experience.
  • Doubling on Client Capabilities - We’re empowering clients like never before. By transferring multiple tasks from our team to our clients, we've significantly reduced ticket volumes and increased client independence, fostering a more self-reliant user base.  

Ecosystem expansions (Partnerships) 

With Scott on board, we’re taking our partnership game to another level. 

We’ve zeroed in on areas that align perfectly with our business model—like marketing, logistics, debt collection, and financing—and are forging strategic partnerships in these key areas. Our goal here is to build our ecosystem for our clients’ benefit.

Our collaborations create a win-win on two fronts: 

  • First, they help us build a vibrant ecosystem of services and solutions around the circuly product, delivering exceptional value for our customers.

You could say that while we’re helping our customers diversify their revenue streams with subscriptions, we’re having a bit of fun doing the same for ourselves!
